1. Screening & Initial Interview
Our admin team conducts an initial interview to check the applicant’s background, work experience, and suitability based on your requirements.
2. Document & Background Verification
Applicants secure the needed clearances (Barangay Clearance, Police Clearance) and submit all required documents for proper background checking.
3. Medical Exam & Employer Video Interview
Applicants undergo a required medical examination to confirm fitness for work and participate in a video interview with the employer for final evaluation and approval.
4. Orientation & Same-Day Deployment
Once approved, applicants attend a short orientation about their job and responsibilities. After this, they are deployed on the same day to your home or business.
